Terms of delivery

In our webshop, you can pay safely and securely with credit cards.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 14 days. The product must be unused and in good condition. The customer is responsible for delivery costs in case of return.

Canceling the order

If you want to cancel your order before it has been sent out, you can do it by sending an email to irmeli.lehtioksa@gmail.com or by using the contact form.  Make sure to include the order number and your contact information. 

Damaged products

If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us. 

Refunds

Your refund will be paid using the original payment method. The refund will be made within 14 days after we have received the returned product. We will email you when we receive the product. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of our email, please contact us.
